Sovereign alignment

SOMINVEST Framework Alignment

SGIN independently aligns its verification standards with SOMINVEST's 2026–2030 bankable-project publication — Somalia's authoritative framework for identifying, structuring, and presenting investment-ready national development projects across 14 strategic sectors. Every opportunity on SGIN is assessed against this framework. SGIN is an independent platform and is not officially authorized by or affiliated with SOMINVEST or the Federal Government of Somalia.

Diaspora focus

Built for the Diaspora

Somali diaspora community — estimated at over 3 million people across Europe, North America, and East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania) — represents one of the country's most significant untapped capital sources. SGIN is specifically designed to serve diaspora investors: our platform, documentation standards, and support team are built for investors based outside Somalia who want to invest in their home country through a trustworthy, structured process.

M

Muse C. Kulow

Founder & CEO

Muse Kulow founded SGIN to address a structural gap he observed firsthand: the absence of a rigorous, trustworthy intermediary between Somalia's verified national development pipeline and the diaspora capital available to fund it. With a background in cross-border investment facilitation and diaspora capital mobilisation across East African frontier markets, Muse leads SGIN's platform strategy, investor relationships, and alignment with the SOMINVEST 2026–2030 bankable-project framework. He is based in Toronto, Ontario.
